Everything happens in our office for your convenience!
For vein patients, our in-office vascular ultrasound lab and fully equipped procedure room allow us to do all consultations, exams, diagnostics, and surgeries in one location. Usually the diagnostic lab work can be done in the same appointment as the initial exam, allowing us to give you the results and recommendations in the same visit.
For aesthetic patients, we can often perform a procedure on the same day as the consultation, if desired, but there is no pressure to do so.

Tuesday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Insurance Information
For vein patients, medical insurance usually covers the first consultation appointment, as well as the diagnostic vascular lab procedures. Most insurance also covers vein treatment when it alleviates leg pain, heaviness, aching, swelling, or breakdown of the skin. Pre-approval from your insurance company is recommended. If we are contracted with your insurer, we will bill the insurance company. For non-contracted insurers, we will bill once as a courtesy, and any remainder owed is your responsibility.
Payment Options
Payment for uninsured services is due at the time of treatment either by cash, check, or major credit card (Visa, Mastercard).Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for office visits and aesthetic procedures require 48 hour notice. “No Shows” and cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in a $40 charge.Surgical and injection procedures require 2 week notice for reschedule or cancellation. Because these procedures represent a large block of time reserved for you, less than 2 week notice will result in a $100 charge. This must be paid before we can reschedule your procedure.
Cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion for family or medical emergencies.
