Dr. Taylor is double board certified and is the only physician in northwest Washington who is board-certified in vein treatment. Our advanced vein treatments are done in our fully equipped procedure room, providing rapid relief and maximum results with little or no down time. Patient comfort is a top priority for us.  

We provide laser and pulsed light aesthetic procedures in the safe context of a medical practice. All of our procedures are performed by the physician. Bayside is not a franchised medi-spa with a “drive-by” doctor and a hard-sell approach. To give our patients the best value as well as the best care, we aim to keep our prices as low as possible rather than offering high-interest payment plans.  

Bayside Vein & Laser Center serves patients from Whatcom, Island, and Skagit Counties and the lower Fraser Valley.
